Privacy Policy
All My Tools is built around a simple principle: your content belongs to you. This Privacy Policy explains how our website operates and how we protect your privacy when using our utilities.
1. Browser-First Processing Architecture
The vast majority of our utilities are engineered to execute calculations, conversions, and text processing directly inside your web browser. When you paste text into a counter, convert timestamps, format JSON, or inspect an image, that computation takes place locally in your device volatile memory. The contents you input into these utilities are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
This client-side tool processing is distinct from general website operations, hosting infrastructure, analytical cookies, and third-party advertising partners, which are administered at the page level as detailed in Sections 3, 4, and 5 below.
2. External Services, APIs, and Proxy Requests
While standard utilities run entirely inside local browser memory, specific tools require network connectivity to function:
- Direct API Lookups: Utilities that retrieve live external information (such as weather forecasts, currency exchange rates, public IP geolocation, or DNS records) transmit requests to public APIs using only the parameters necessary for that specific query (such as a city name, domain, or IP address).
- Proxy Relay Requests: Auditing utilities such as the AdSense Eligibility Checker in URL mode fetch public third-party website HTML via server-side proxy relays solely to overcome browser CORS restrictions. Audited domains, source HTML payloads, and diagnostic scores are not recorded in server databases or stored on disk. When using the Paste HTML mode, audits run 100% locally in browser memory without any network requests.
3. Information We Collect
We do not require user account registration, passwords, or personal profiles to access our core utilities. The only information collected includes:
- Standard Server Logs: Like virtually all websites, our hosting servers automatically record basic request metadata, including your IP address, browser user-agent, operating system, and the timestamps of requested pages. These logs are retained temporarily for diagnostic and security purposes.
- Voluntary Inquiries: If you use our contact form or send an email, we receive the name, email address, and message text you submit so that we can respond directly to your note.
4. Cookies, Local Storage, and Consent Management
We use browser local storage (localStorage) to save user interface preferences (such as color themes and code indentation), active drafts (such as Invoice Maker line items), and your cookie consent preference.
Additionally, technical, analytical, and advertising cookies may be set by infrastructure and advertising partners to maintain reliable site delivery, measure aggregate usage trends (Google Analytics), and serve relevant advertisements.
We implement Google Consent Mode v2. On your first visit, a cookie consent banner allows you to accept all cookies or decline non-essential cookies. You can inspect or update your preferences at any time by clicking "Cookie Preferences" in the website footer. When non-essential cookies are declined, ad storage and analytics storage remain set to denied.
5. Third-Party Advertising and Google AdSense
We display advertisements served by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdSense, to fund the hosting and free availability of our utilities. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user prior visits to this website or other websites on the internet.
To understand how Google collects and processes data when you use partner websites and applications, please review the official Google Partner Sites Policy.
Users may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google Ad Settings or by reviewing choices at AboutAds.info.
6. Data Retention and Security
Because we do not store your utility inputs or personal profile databases, there is no central database of user files to breach or monetize. All communications between your device and allmytools.tech are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).
7. Inquiries and Contact
If you have questions about our privacy approach or data handling, please contact us at contact@allmytools.tech or via our contact page.
